Polar bear & Bunny

So far I have finished the pattern for Snowy the (polar)bear and Jamie the bunny. I am working on some more friends for them and hope to finish few more before I share/publish the patterns. And maybe get some better photos of them all.

After I had named the bear, I decided that the rest of the friends will have names that are considered unisex names, so that the option to crochet a girl or boy versions is flexible.

Among us – dead body – Crochet

When I agreed to crochet/make Among us figures for my boys and said yes to making 1 of each color, I did not realize it was 12 colors and I would have to make 24 among us figures. I regretted it… but I did it and promised to make the dead body at some point, that point is now…

I really did not want to make the bone part 24 times, also I am a little familiar with the game so there is no need for all the dead bodies at the same time… So I made my own solution, by making the red dead body as a base and allow for the option to change the color on the bottom part by adding different color legs. But of course the base bottom part can be made in all the different colors (not making use of the changeable legs option), by just adding the bone part on top instead.
So off I went to write the pattern for that idea and now it is ready as a free pattern along with the other Among us free pattern.

You can find the pattern, here on my website, along with other free patterns, in the free pattern section in English og på dansk.

1st Test knitting almost done

So the test knitting of my first knitting pattern is almost done, I am very excited. I just finished testing size small, I think it looks good and I am happy with the result. One more test-knitting and soon I will be able to publish the pattern on Raverly.

Toilet Paper Cover – Crochet

I found some fun ideas for toilet paper cover but after I watched the film Pixels with my kids I had to go for the idea of the ghosts from the game PAC-MAN.

I used a toilet paper cover guide from crochetonthebrain.com to get a quick idea how best to do this but I just made it without pattern as I was using different kinds of yarn and crochet needle size. There are many toilet paper cover patterns out there, free and payed versions, so I am sure I could have found one that fit for me but I just wanted to get started and not use endless amount of time to find the one that might fit.

As I have not found the pattern for sale anywhere nor the finished product for sale, at least not when I set out to make these myself. I then wrote down how I made these when I was asked for a pattern for these and could not refer to any pattern or seller.

Here below you can find the way i did this, in Danish and in English, just scroll down do find the language you prefer. Remember to adjust this to your toilet-paper size.
